Print Entire Page
To print a web page in Cubeless Island, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the web page you want to print.
2. Click the Cubeless Island menu icon in the top right corner and click Print.
Note: Alternatively, press Ctrl+P (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+P (Mac) to open the print dialog box directly.
3. Your Cubeless administrator may restrict printing access to specific printers or require justification for printing. If so, choose an option and click Submit and Print.
4. In the print dialog box, adjust the print settings according to your preferences.
Here are the available options:
- Destination: Choose the printer you want to use.
- Pages: Select the specific pages or page range you want to print.
- Copies: Specify the number of copies you need.
- Layout: Adjust the page orientation (portrait or landscape).
- Color: Choose to print in color or black and white (based on your printer’s capabilities).
- More settings: Explore additional options such as paper size, margins, scale, headers and footers, and background graphics.
5. Once you've configured the print settings, click the Print button to start printing.
6. If necessary, follow any additional prompts or instructions from your printer.
The web page will start printing based on your specified settings.
Save as PDF
To save a web page as a PDF file in Cubeless Island, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the web page you want to save.
2. Click the Cubeless Island menu icon in the top right corner and click Print.
Note: Alternatively, press Ctrl+P (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+P (Mac) to open the print dialog box directly.
3. Your Cubeless administrator may restrict printing access to specific printers or require justification for printing. If so, choose an option and click Submit and Print.
4. In the print dialog box, click the menu next to Destination and select Save as PDF.
5. Adjust the settings according to your preferences, and click the Save button.
6. The file will be saved to Cubeless Island’s Secure Storage. Click Open in Secure Storage to view it.
The web page will open in Cubeless Island’s document viewer, and you’ll also see it in Secure Storage under Downloads.
